1. We ship Worldwide as Gift.
2. Additional duty or custom fee are buyers responsibility.
3. Items will be shipped within 1-7 business day after payment completed received.
4. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to more days .If you can’t receive it after 40 days. Please contact us for resolution.

1.How can i get the product delivered?
We are shipping the product safely to costomers all over the world using our shipping partners DHL,FedEx,Ups and 4px etc.
2. When will the order be shipped?
Products that have been paid by 1pm on weekdays in China time will be shipped the same day. However there are many orders recently, it may take 2~3 more days to ship the product depending on the situation.
3. Can i Pick up the product myself?
For security and other additional reasons, we do not provide direct product pick-up or locker service.Please note that it is also not possible to change the shipping address after shipment.
4. Am I able to track my order?
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email and text message. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment.
5. Are the masks washable?
The answer is yes. They can be used multiple times over several days or until soiled. You can wash the mask you need.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?

7. I don’t see the products or the quantities that I need. Can you provide additional personal protective equipment products or larger quantities than you have listed?
