Resend and Refund Policy
1. DOA(Dead on Arrival) or Wrong Item will be offered exchange. Refund will be offered if stock is not available.
2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Item must be returned undamaged in its original box.
3. Buyer need to pay return shipping.
4. If you want a refund because of the item defect or some other quality problems, please contact us within 3 days after you get it. The fee relating to the return mailing should be overtaken by Customers.
5. Less than 0.5 percent of the bundle sometimes may get lost ,but please don’t worry about it .If you still fail to get your ordered items within the estimate time ,please feel free to contact with us as quickly as you can .We will be responsible for resending you new items.
